¡Excelente organización y guía excepcional en Cracovia! Mi experiencia con esta agencia ha sido inmejorable de principio a fin. La planificación logística fue impecable. Nos organizaron las excursiones a Auschwitz y Minas de Sal además del hotel que estaba muy bien situado. Desde el primer contacto con Agnes, que mostró una gran profesionalidad, adaptó las rutas a lo que necesitábamos porque visitábamos más ciudades , y disponíamos de pocos días en Cracovia, lo que nos permitió exprimir el tiempo al máximo y viajar con total tranquilidad, todo gracias a ella. El broche final fue poner a disposición nuestra una guía que nos acompañó allí. ( Dorota). Su pasión por la historia de la ciudad y su profundo conocimiento local marcaron la diferencia. No se limitó a dar datos típicos, sino que nos sumergió por completo en la cultura de Cracovia con anécdotas fascinantes y un trato humano excelente. Recomiendo totalmente sus servicios a cualquiera que busque un viaje sin estrés. Un diez absoluto!
