Tour purchase terms
The following payment and cancellation terms apply to the purchase of tours and services provided by Carla Travel S.L.
1. Payment methods
We offer the following ways to pay for our services:
- Bank transfer: based on the pro-forma invoice attached to your order.
- Credit card: through a secure online payment system.
2. Booking conditions
- A full booking requires payment of 100% of the service value.
- Place guarantee: the booking is finally confirmed the moment we receive proof of payment (subject to availability).
- If payment is made within the next 24 hours, your place is held and guaranteed.
- Invoices: to receive a VAT invoice, please send the full details of the entity at the time of booking.
3. Changes and cancellations
We value flexibility, so we allow changes to your booking under the following conditions:
- Cancellation deadline: changes and cancellations are accepted no later than 24 hours before the service date, only on office working days and hours:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 – 14:00 and 17:00 – 19:00
- Saturday: 9:00 – 14:00
- Exception (Granada / Alhambra): due to the venue’s strict policy, Alhambra tickets are non-refundable. Bookings for tours to Granada cannot be cancelled or refunded once paid.
- Short notice: if a service is cancelled less than 24 hours before it starts, a charge of 100% of the value applies (no refund possible).
4. Refund procedure
- For bookings cancelled on time, the refund is processed within 24 hours (on working days).
- The refund is issued by the same method used for the original payment.
- Important: every cancellation requires written confirmation from the Organiser by email.
