What is the minimum group size?

We organise trips for smaller and larger groups alike — from intimate corporate getaways to sizeable school groups and travel-agency parties. Tell us how many you are and we’ll match the programme and costs to your group.

How do settlement and deposits work for travel agencies?

We work with travel agencies on a B2B basis — the details of settlement and deposits are agreed individually for each specific offer. Everything is confirmed in writing before we start organising.

How far in advance should we book a trip?

The earlier, the wider the choice of hotels and the better the conditions — for groups it’s worth getting in touch well ahead. We also run trips at shorter notice; get in touch and we’ll check availability.

What language do the tour leaders and guides work in?

We provide tour leaders and guides who know the region well, with dedicated support throughout the trip — from arrival to return.

Will we receive a single invoice for everything?

Yes. As a DMC we take on the entire organisation: hotels, transport, guides, tickets and the itinerary, so you have one point of contact and one invoice for the whole trip.
